This one turned into an all hands on deck situation. After a goodly amount of time, we had the trail cleared.

Our hike soon turned into an amazing ridge walk.

We occasionally needed to stop and soak in the view.

Classic Idaho wilderness ridge walking.

Pat lays out his lunch.

Below our ridge walk we had several green and marshy basins.

Walking with tools and full packs.

Later in the afternoon we arrive at our campsite in Porcupine Meadows. FYI, no porcupines were spotted during this trip.
