Fire Update – Brundage Mountain, Valley County, Idaho

Scroll down to content

A quick update on the fire blog that I posted a couple days ago. This is how it has looked around here the last couple of days……ugggh!

Yesterday, the fire tanker planes went to work on the Brundage Fire, dipping about every 6 or 7 minutes.

They were flying right over the house for a couple hours yesterday morning.

If you look near the bottom right image way off in the smoke, you can see this guy’s wing man finishing his dip.

Thanks to all our wildland fire fighters! It appears today that they put out the Brundage Fire, on to the next one!
