On our next day out we needed to go back above Black Lake and finish clearing the trail to Cottonwood Mountain. The multiple burn areas make for lots of downfall.
Barry was our back up trip leader in case something happened to John. Here his is explaining why his is the assistant boss and everyone else but John were workers…….”hit my hand!”
