Rich invited me down to his neighborhood for a “little” bike ride. After climbing Snowslide Peak the previous day, a “little” bike ride sounded about right!
After about an hour warm up we started our climb. Lake Cascade is filled to the tippy top and the views off the mountain were pretty nice. This was not feeling like a “little” ride!
My legs were pretty happy when we finally started our decent.
Rich bike patrols this mountain a couple times a week so he knows these trails inside and out! Additionally with all the downhill practice, he is pretty tough to catch and photograph! Luckily, he frequently stops and checks and me then I can make him wait while I take out my camera.
