Twenty Mile Creek, Payette National Forest, Idaho

It’s time for that McCall Classic, Twenty Mile Creek. Rich and I headed out early and thankfully there were some nice cool temperatures. My Garmin was reading 39 degrees for a while. This is a shot looking up Lick Creek Road towards an unusual cloud….. Looked like Mount Rainier in the distance! Here is a link to last years ride: https://davefaitlemonde.com/2019/09/01/twenty-mile-creek-payette-national-forest-idaho/

The ride starts with a nice 2000 foot climb up Lick Creek Road.

The obligatory stop at Duck Lake.

Lots of Paintbrush.

Now the artistic shot!

Why do we climb 2000 feet up Lick Creek Road?

Because the Twenty Mile Creek Trail has some of the best mountain biking anywhere! Yahoo!
