Notice Bear Lake in the daytime image below from the top of Cougar Peak……
This night time image was taken from about the same spot. Notice the reflection of Jupiter in the lake….. I believe Jupiter is the bright light to the left of the Milky Way and we were in the perfect position to see it’s reflection in the lake below. I also adjusted the exposure a little to bring out the mountains. Surreal!
