This image was taken on the last morning of my Cold Meadows Expedition to the Frank Church Wilderness Area. This is the Guard Station at the air strip. Since it was the last day of an almost week long trip, it was one of the last two or three images I captured before my camera battery died. Its a nearly full moon lighting the guard station with the wispy clouds and stars. I was up super early to shoot the pre-dawn light, it was something my expedition mates were used to by this point in the trip!
As part of my end of year portfolio review, I have made some changes to my web site. I urge you to click around and check out the new pages. Click on the top right corner menu and check out the new search page and the about me page.
