Riding my mountain bike here in Smithville, located about 2 hours straight west of Houston. Rocky Hill Ranch is one of the best mountain bike rides I’ve done in Texas! Super fun singletrack twisting and turning up and down a nice ridge. I ended up with about 16 miles and 1200 feet of climb over two hours. Not bad for southern Texas, especially since all my Idaho friends are dealing with snow!
They seem serious about their security here!
Many of the trees along the trail have these reflectors, must look really cool at night with a light!
