I’m back in Texas for the winter! I’ve been here 2 -1/2 days and have done 3 pretty hard rides….. Time to get bike fit again! Tim and I headed up to Sam Houston National Forest just north of here, about 30 minute drive. Please check out Tim’s new truck! That is my bike rack on the hitch though.
The forest here reminds me a lot of Idaho forests, without the mountains and with lots of critters that bite!
Today’s ride was about half gravel and half country paved roads.
A beautiful 80 degree afternoon! Tomorrow its back out to Willis for another 90ks of gravel grinding!!!!
