Provence!!!!

Sorry for the delay folks! Internet was a bit sketchy yesterday.

First day of riding around Provence, here are a few images from around the close in area. I did a small ride from one small town to the next. Used today as a rest day.

Its amazing how Mont Ventoux looms over this area, photos just can’t relate the scale. I can’t image being a Tour de France rider with a mountain top finish, you can see it coming for miles. From my doorstep here in Caromb, its 19.5 kilometers to the summit… and the climb doesn’t officially start until you have ridden about 9 kilometers, then its almost 5500 feet of vertical… that leaves a mark!
