I was up early today to shoot a spot I have had my eye on for a couple weeks now. It was the winter solstice so sunrise is now around 7:15 am here.
I was hoping for a little cloud cover along with a few other factors to come together…..they kinda sorta did…

Turns out, you can shoot it many different ways!
As the sun was about to rise, I finally had a few clouds roll in to give the sky a little texture.
Finally, a couple of sunrise shots near Hughes Landing which I found on my way home.
