Spent most of today’s stage dodging showers and managed to do so relatively successfully. Near the end of the ride as a large shower was decnding upon me, I found cover in a petite cafe in the small village of Gensac. Coincidentally, it was 1:15 and timed out perfectly with my usual 1:00 coffee. By the time I finished, the skies parted and I rolled to the finish as dry as a popcorn fart in a dust storm during the dust bowl in Kansas!
The forecast for tomorrow’s stage is for showers all day.
