It’s now been a bit since Tom and I did this hike up to Table Rock but the good news is that I am catching up on adventure posting.
Since I used to live less than a mile from this location, I have been on these trails many, many, many times, however, I don’t believe I have ever hiked them and certainly have never documented the hike with some photographs.
Downtown Boise. As much as I feel uncomfortable here now since I have turned into a mountain man, I must admit that it is a pretty amazing place if you gotta live in the big city.
Tom takes in the view near the top, notice that he is not wearing a pack? Typical Tommy, the fastest guy on the mountain has the lightest gear set up. I have spent a lifetime it seems trying to keep up with this man.
Bogus Basin. Snow is pretty thin this year.
Summit!
Boise.
The best part of this trail route is the back side on the Quarry Trail. Quite an interesting hike. More Treasure Valley adventures are sure to come as it appears that I will be spending significant time here.
