Again, this adventure was from a couple weeks ago and is now on the catchup list. Tom and I were able to drive right to the start of the Snowdon hike, but the snow has started.
No snowshoes needed today!
I’ve climbed this peak in the winter many times over the past decade. By mid December, this peak usually has a couple feet of snow.
Hiking in the snow is a pretty magical experience.
A little later on, Scotty and Riley joined us…. these after all are Scotty’s trails!
After the hike there was significantly more snow, that is a good thing, we need it! Good thing we. parked pointed downhill!
