Long Ride for a Panini, Quissac, France

I had been talking up the paninis that Dave, Jill and I had a few days ago to Larry so we decided to make up a route which would take us by the same sandwich shop and bakery.

But before I get ahead of myself, let me share the sunrise pictures from this morning’s walk to the Epicerie.

Oh yes, Lauret has palm trees!

At times it seemed the sky was on fire.

Today was a little cooler than normal and the air was quite brisk.

The sun was painting everything orange again today.

Sunrise!

Chateau de Cazeneuve, the winery across from my apartment.

Now we rejoin our ride day already in progress. Typical French Switchback.

Larry about to duck under the rail to trail.

About an hour into the ride, Larry kept asking about those paninis….

Random church along the way.

We did find the paninis and they were yummy, a few more kilometers and it was coffee time. Another great ride in paradise!
