Like most days, today starts out with a sunrise walk to the local market.

Few leaves are left on the grape vines but this field has them still.

That tower is a power transformer, even the French power infrastructure is beautiful.

On the walk back from the market, we have sunrise…… with a lens flare thrown in to boot.

Oh what a beautiful morning, oh what a beautiful day.

Later on it was time for a bike ride.

Rolling up the climb from Claret. You might have noticed I have been chasing e-bikes all week.

The official marker for the start of the climb, these signs are common here with the distance to the summit and the average grade. If you look carefully, you can see the e-bikes way up the road now.

Taking a break on the climb for a photo.

Approaching the summit with a great view of the Claret Valley.

Next up, a decent into Pompignan.

And the climb back out of the Pompignan Valley.

Summit!

Finally, more ruins. What a beautiful, crisp, Mid-November day!
