A couple weeks ago I rode up to Blackwell Lake. The ride was so glorious that I put the word out to do a re-ride!
Tom and Rich signed and they are my favorite friends while other un-named people did not come along and they are not my favorite friends!
It is hard to capture the beauty of this ride with an iPhone. The colors are amazing. It is hunting season around these parts and notice that Rich wore his high-vis attire?
Payette Lake had it’s mirror on today!
This section of the trail is lined by Tamaracks and they are in full color.
As we gained elevation, the snow from a couple days ago makes it’s appearance.
Notice that while Rich is easy to pick out, Tom was wearing his deer costume? We made him take off the antler helmet before we rode.
