Mountain bike season is in full swing now here in Valley County. On this day I met up with Rich, Bird, and Other Dave for a good hard ride down at Jug Mountain. I snapped a couple of photos along the way.
Jug has an amazing network of mountain bike trails with solid climbs and rippin downhills. Regular followers of this blog have seen Jug featured here in the past.
Bird decided to give us a clinic on proper falling techniques. This is just a small sample. It amazes me that the most accomplished cyclist in our group is also so skilled at falling off the bike. Notice the mauled tree and the sign on the ground….. a twofer!
