To celebrate Art’s birthday, Tom, Barb, and I decided to take him for a little lakeside ski.

Barb is my original photography mentor and when the light across the lake caught our eyes, we stopped to take in the moment. Art and Tom never saw it.

Time to catch up.

The ice this year is super thin and sketchy so we mostly stayed right on the lake’s edge.

After a goodly amount of time, we channeled our inter John and did some bush wacking into Ponderosa Park.

In Ponderosa Park, the route was a little more civilized.

Freshly groomed trails made for easy going.

Those of you who tuned in yesterday know the end of the Shamrock Truck story. Now you know the ski story.
