After a couple pedal strokes, we were standing on the river banks of The Garonne.
For now, the rain was holding off as we jumped on this rail trail for a few kilometers.

On and off showers brought out the colorful rain jackets.
After about 20 kilometers or so on the rail trail we entered the wineries on quiet country roads.
Yeh haw!
Yes, that is blue sky up there and it turned out to be quite nice after a rainy lunch stop.
With the pace line, it was tough to jump off the bike and get a photo of the group.
All the rain lately has washed the fall colors off the trees but it is still quite beautiful.
