Can you believe it? This is my 1000th blog post!!!! 1000 blog posts and over 10,000 images, hundreds of locations, scores of countries and states from literally all over the world. Adventures with lots of friends, family, and acquaintances. I am a very lucky person. This is my very first image posted and still remains one of my favorites.
I had no idea how this on line journal would change my life. It has been a great way for me to document all the things I do and as well as the people with which I adventure. Early posts had almost no commentary and perhaps that was better…. At first I posted only one picture, the picture of the day so to speak, now I try to relate a little story for each adventure. Images first came from my iPhone, sometimes they still do. Documenting and relating my journey definitely adds to the quality of my adventure and really gives me a purpose for all the photos I enjoy shooting.
I could not do this nor would I have done this without the encouragement and support of my friends and family, I thank you all. I say again, I am a lucky and fortunate person and I am deeply grateful for my life of adventure.
