Once again, a BIG THANKS to the Flying B Ranch. Check out their web site here. They allowed us to camp on the “Ball Field” for the evening, fed us, let us shower, and made us feel at home.

After a long beat down trip of about 12 hours, Marg and Lauren returned with our gear.

Since our flight was not leaving until the first thing in the morning, we took the opportunity to stroll around the ranch.

Middlefork of the Salmon River. In the distance, center image is the saddle we crossed to get into Sheep Creek.

The Flying B Ranch and our camp on the left.

In the morning we oped to stroll over to the airport while the staff transferred our bags and tools via trailer.

Waiting at Gate 1 for Sawtooth Aviation Flight 1 to McCall.

Right on time!

This time we fly the Islander Twin instead of two Cessna 206s.

Just like professional baggage handlers, our team was good at standing around.

We get into our assigned seats and George fires it up.

Au revoir for now Frank Church Wilderness. I will be back in a couple weeks for a new expedition. PS. you will need to log onto my web page if not already to watch the video below. http://www.davefaitlemonde.com
